Job Description
SITE MANAGER, King City, CA.       
Salary Range:  $17.81 to $23.27 per hour     
Full time position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:     
Bachelors’ degree in related field plus four years of experience in supervision of staff working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions, or an approved equivalent combination of both. Must have valid California driver’s license and automobile insurance.
 

DESCRIPTION:    
Assist director with personnel supervision, time cards, hiring, evaluation and training.  Ability to deal effectively regarding client issues such as being under the influence.  Attend management and committee meetings, assure the physical safety of the program and participants, assist in program manuals and brochures, act as a resource for other programs.  The position will also include data management in county billing for Medi-Cal, private insurance and program evaluation.  Develop community awareness and facilitate the treatment and/or prevention of alcohol and/or drug addictions.    
 
NOTE:  Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the Department of Justice.
